The cost of a PARTY is based on the number of confirmed "Guests" attending, with a minimum of 10 guests. Additional guests can be included in a party at the applicable per person price. A "Guest" is anyone included in the "confirmed" number, anyone added as an "Additinal guest" or anyone in your party that skates. The number of Guests must be confirmed a minimum of 7 days prior to the party date.
Rooms will be allocated based on the number of confirmed guests.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 50% of the party value is required at time of booking (or within 2 days)
The deposit will be refunded ONLY if the party is cancelled 7 days prior to the date booked. Deposits will not be refunded to parties that do not show up.
Debit, Visa & MasterCard payments are accepted.
